Cancelation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to provide the best care for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full-service fee. This allows me to honor the time set aside for you and maintain availability for others who may be waiting for an appointment.

I understand that unexpected illness or emergencies can arise, and these situations will always be considered with care.
