Angela has completed over 500 hours of training in TriYoga and brings extensive teaching experience to her work. She has led weekly classes and partner stretch workshops in San Francisco and Santa Cruz, and has assisted in month-long teacher trainings in Beijing and Shenzhen.
TriYoga is a mindful, flowing style of hatha yoga that emphasizes breath-synchronized movement, precise alignment, and wave-like spinal motion. The practice integrates posture (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation into a seamless, meditative flow.
Movements in TriYoga are rhythmic and intentional, creating a sense of continuity and ease within the body. Sequences are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while maintaining a calm, regulated nervous system. The wave-like motions of the spine help release tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall mobility.
TriYoga is accessible to a wide range of practitioners, as postures can be modified or deepened according to individual needs. The practice cultivates:
-
Fluid strength and stability
-
Improved posture and body awareness
-
Increased mobility and flexibility
-
Breath coordination and focus
-
A grounded, relaxed mental state
TriYoga offers both a therapeutic and transformative experience — supporting physical vitality while fostering inner calm and clarity.
